transparent and relevant questions were asked as per my job profile. I was a management graduate so they asked me questions on Marketing and sales distribution processes.
I was having a 18 month experience in FMCG industry and hence my interview was more focused on the work i was doing. There was no technical round and based on my business process understanding i cleared the interview.
But as per new interview process HR takes some written Tests as well.
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.

The interview process consisted of four distinct rounds: an initial HR screening for cultural fit, followed by an intensive Technical round focusing on core competencies. This was followed by a Managerial interview to discuss project leadership and team dynamics, concluding with a final HR discussion regarding expectations and next steps.
