Application & Shortlisting I applied through (Job Portal / Company Website / Referral). Got a call from HR within X days for an initial screening. Round 1 – HR Screening Basic questions about profile, notice period, and expected CTC. Brief discussion of company projects and automation requirements. Round 2 – Technical Interview (Automation) Core Selenium with Python / Robot Framework questions. Topics included: Locators & XPath strategies Waits (implicit, explicit, fluent) Page Object Model (POM) design API testing basics SQL queries Scenario-based debugging questions Round 3 – Practical Test / Coding Task Automate a given webpage to log in, perform a search, and validate results. Write Python functions for data manipulation (list/dict comprehension, string handling).

it was very bad they ask difficult question not related to my resume. the interview is not good and difficulty level is soo high as my experience is 2 years they ask 4-5 years questions to me.
