I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Hartford, CT) in May 2021
Interview
Applied online on Infosys Careers website on April 20th. Then got an email response from HR on May 7th wanting to set up an interview for basic background HR stuff like just a general summary of your resume and learning a bit more about the company. After that interview, I was sent a pymetrics game link that I had to complete to move on to the technical interview. Finished that and got the technical interview on May 20th. It was an interview with 2 people; one was going over basic programming concepts and the other was behavioral questions. After that, I received an offer the next day.

Interview
HR phone call, technical interview, then an online game. Technical interview was very "by the books," the panel was clearly typing reading questions off some portal. Difficult interview but panel was helpful with guiding me on the right track. Game was a phycological thing that didn't effect chance on being hired.

Interview
Recruiter reached out through email to setup a phone screening. Just asked some general questions and asked me to complete some games on Pymetrics. After that was the technical interview. Spoke with two people. One asked technical questions and the other did behavioral. Technical portion consisted of basic OOPs concepts and some questions about the languages you are most proficient in.
