I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then got an invitation to a zoom interview as the final round.
During the zoom interview, I talked to 1 operator, 3 engineers, the hiring manager and the director.
The interviews with the hiring manager and the director are normal. They are some normal questions with good attitude and manner. The 3 engieers are kind of interesting. They asked me some questions that they don't know the answers. I can see they probably try to get some hints from me to help out their current work. After I said something, they almost had no feedback because I guess they don't know it is right or wrong. It is very weird to have an operator to interview an engineer candidate. It didn't go well as I expected. The operator asked me more than 10 questions in 30min and took a lot of notes. At the end of the interview, he answered my only question to him with fake smile.
