The whole interview process was conducted online. First interview is a get-to-know interview with the hiring manager, with introduction from both sides and preliminary screening to see if both sides fit.
Second interview round was a technical interview with the same hiring manager and 2 more senior engineers from the team.
Third interview with the HR, with standard questions about motivation, skills and salary expectations.
Overall it was a very pleasant interview and not one sided at all. I didn't have the feeling like I was sitting on one side of the table while all of them were sitting on the other side bombarding me with questions. The interviewers also present infineon to you and their experience so far with the company.
