Once again I wanted to say I am very disappointed to hear about your experience and can only apologies for the poor experience you had.
Putting jobseekers first is one of our company values, and this experience does not reflect the standards and processes we have in place to make sure our candidates have a positive candidate experience. I accept and acknowledge that we have improvements to make in delivering this consistently.
We are listening to all the feedback we receive on our external channels and through candidate experience surveys, so we can continue to improve our interview processes, so I appreciate the time you have taken to share this feedback, and the opportunity it gives us to improve.
