The interview process at Indeed by far exceeded expectations and truly stood out as the best experience I’ve had throughout my career. From the initial outreach to the final conversations, every interaction was thoughtful, well-organized, and transparent. Each interviewer was prepared, engaged, and genuinely interested in both my experience and long-term goals. I especially appreciated the clear communication around timelines and expectations, which made the process feel respectful and collaborative rather than transactional.
Telephone screening followed by relatively informal face to face interview at their offices with two managers. Very friendly and conversational rather than a Q&A session. Interested in what I had to say and how I would fit into the team.
