The first step was managed by an external cabinet, drafting the main ideas of the position, the package and the profil expected.
The second step was an interview with Head of controlling + CFO. It was an open discussion about my experiences, my background and my expectations. The job was explained clearly with details on challenges, on organization, on short term and long term objectives...
It has been very transparent and I am glad to see it was in line with the reality of the position.
