Easy and quick, the timing was in the morning and it was two hours process . I answered all the questions in an efficient way because it was oll about previous experiences
Easy every Friendly, get email to come into the centre for person interviews. Doesn’t take long about 20-30min. The interviewer very friendly and ask easy questions. And very supportive and the they will inform you will get answers within 3days and then I get email congratulations within 3days

1.what would you do if the passenger can’t speak English.
First, send the documents to manager then manager ask you some questions regarding role and then there is the process for hiring starts by sending documents to manager and after that there is a background check.
