Selection comprised of 5 stages: 1. English Test 2. HR Interview 3. CLT Directors' Interview 4. APAC Interview 5. Background Check I was invited for the CLT Directors' Interview stage and they told me to wait for my schedule. I even sent a follow up email to make sure if they have any information on my interview schedule 2 weeks after conducting a short briefing with the Talent Management team for the CLT Directors' interview stage and they still told me to wait. After a few weeks, I suddenly received a rejection email to not proceed to the CLT interview stage even though I haven't been interviewed. The talent team failed to give me a valid reason why I was rejected.
