The interview was held on the third floor of IKEA in Taichung. HR will bring three interviewees into a small meeting room. The process starts with a test that includes Chinese, English, and math questions. There is also another test paper with questions related to IKEA, such as why you want to interview for the position and which IKEA product is your favorite.
