IBM Technical Leader interview questions

I had two rounds of interview, first one was with recruiting HR and then second round with the hiring manager with two additional technical resources panel. I was offered the role 3 weeks after the interview.

i applied through my college.the day of interview , we had 4 rounds. self introduction, followed by 2 sets of group discussion, then telephonic conversation and finally HR.it was a very easy interview, where communication skills and pronunciation skills were mainly tested.
