I applied through college or university. I interviewed at IBM (Kochi) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview was a fairly straightforward one, and it seemed to focus more on assessing the interviewee's behavior, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving approach rather than delving deeply into their technical expertise. The questions appeared designed to evaluate how well the candidate could handle real-world scenarios, communicate effectively, and align with the company culture, rather than purely testing their technical proficiency or subject matter knowledge.
