Cleared all the rounds. HR. discussion happened. I got a mail also that I am selected. I submitted all required documents and filled all pre-onboarding form. After 1 month, I got a call that "this time we are unable to offer and reason is not clear. We will reach out to you if any new requirement comes in different account." Very Pathetic and Unprofessional..
This is still not the end. After 1 day, another recruiter calls me and asks me to schedule interview for the same role. I was like what's going on. I just told everything to him that I didn't get offer even after getting selected. He said, this is for different account and there is urgent requirement. It will not happen again. I said okay.
Next day, I gave technical interview and got selected again for Managerial+HR round. During this round, interviewer said that "I can see you appeared multiple times in interview, you should not appear in interview again......" I completely lost here. First of all, this is IBM recruitment system, not me. Without Interview schedule no one can appear in interview. There is no clarity in the recruitment team and mgmt. This is very worst experience ever in my life. I don’t think that this can happen with even tier III companies where they cant afford to offer even after selection. They are playing with candidates emotions.
Day by day, IBM is losing their market value and reputation. On calling HR to tell the above, there is just one response for infinity, "I need to check then I will get back to you."
In todays date, now I am done to rely on IBM. Even if they get back to me in future, I am not gonna proceed with game. I would prefer to any small company with good values over IBM.
One request to mgmt, Please stop playing with someones efforts and hopes like this.

Design questions around using mainframes. No cloud based opportunities. IBM wanted people to work on their legacy businesses. Lowball salary and benefits were not that outstanding. About what I expected after reading other reviews.

Technical round involved lot of data dictionary and programming based questions. Some questions were very basic. Need to brush basics well.technical round was telephonic. second round to discuss salary and job role was in person.
