IBM Recursos Humanos interview questions

Started with an interview by an external consultant and then was followed by a meeting with the staffing lead. Thereafter the HR Head interviewed me and thenm finally the executive leadership team ( CEO and COO) interviewed me. This was followed by another meeting with the HR head

i met the hiring manager then the functional head and then the human resouce manager for salary negotiation. overall good but too peripheral. there was a personaslty test, medical test. i was asked to submit my documents and meet with the human resourcemnanager again. the salary negotiation was thje longest. the erfication wasdone andthen there were referals and recomendations finally i got the offer letter and i submitted the acceptance and was on the job soon enough in 3 weeks.
