IBM Recruitment interview questions

Pretty easy and quick follow ups. The recruiter was really friendly and knew what my expectations were. There weren’t multiple rounds where you have to run behind the recruiter for feedbacks

Interview processing lasts approximately 1+ month. First I passed online assessment, then phone interview, then two interviews with HR ares responsible & Area Director of Europe, Middle East and Africa. Then I got call that all interviews are positive and last step thry want me to meet with their team members just conversational meeting. After I did a meeting which was actually NOT conversational I didnt hear back for 2 weeks! After I contacted with them they just send me template reject letter. When I asked the reason why I couldn’t pass as all my 3 interviews eith heads were positive they didn’t even reply to me! Shame for such a big company as IBM!
