IBM Recruiter interview questions

The interview process took longer than anticipated. It took over a month to find out I didn't get the role. Between the agency and IBM I had four interviews (including phone screen) It seems like the company would have been awesome to work for. My rating is only a reflection of them dragging their feet, no clear interview process, and not being respectful of my time as the candidate.

Good experience, good team, You will enjoy the work ambience. Salary is good. Good to start as a fresher. i Had Target and thought training would have been more better for our understanding.
