IBM Operations Manager interview questions

Human resources from IBM talked with me on the phone about relocating to Poughkipsee NY to take responsibility for a small team working on VR/AR initiatives. The job seemed interesting but I did not want to move away from the Boston area.

3 rounds over 3 face to face visits in EGL office. Spoke to one of the recruiters initially over phone and came to know of role. Later asked to come to meet for a management screening round. Was easily completed. The next two was with a global DPE and a associate director which was more strategic in line of questions.
