IBM Software Developer - Front End interview questions

Second time I apply to IBM, they sent a coding challenge and never come back. Every time I pass all tests, wrote commented code, as simple as possible functions - they never let to talk to people and express myself. They ask to throw 2+ hours for a coding challenge and don't even bother to send a rejection email. Every time I have to login into their ancient system to find out that my application is not under consideration anymore. Such a waste of time!
