The first round of interviews were given on an online format. There were about 5 video questions giving about 1 minute for preparation and a 3 minute time limit and one written prompt for a time limit of about 5 minutes.

The recorded competency video felt more robotic than a HireVue. You had one take, which was a little daunting, but the way questions were asked left me with a lot of questions...

Tell us a time where you made a mistake and how you responded
I was invited to complete IBM's recorded video interview. There were a few questions from what I can remember. The first questions being recorded by video 2-3 minutes each and the last question being a written response with a longer time window to answer and submit.
