Interview
The process was tedious and time consuming. The staff was somewhat friendly. They just stared at you the entire time. They always question your abilities and leadership skills. I feel as if the company needs to be more fair and respectful. I have never been in a process like this before. You must know someone from the inside of the company, to succeed in a job here. I will be going to DELL as their interview process is easier. IBM should be a shame.
Fair. Not so difficult, everyday questions. The people were friendly. I think it would be a good place to work. I can't compare it with other interviews since this is the first one I got

the interview process was through i met with various recruiters and team leads i did a take home test before hand and i listed about my experiences everyone was kind
i have interviewed for that role and it went well, recruiter call and round 1 technical interview and round 2 panel round and round 3 is hr, more from resume and job responsibilities
