Interview
There were 3 stages :
1. first screening call from recruiters
2. 1-hour call with the hiring manager and a short DevOps technical question session with the DevOps lead
3. 1-hour technical call with one DB2/SQL Lead & a Technical Support Engineer
My overall impression was good. Everything seemed well organized and the manager was very honest and open about the role and requirements.
The technical interview part went well as well

Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
