Sandy Springs location, pre COVID. . Initially applied for Security Software Engineer position and recruiter advised of this position that supports the software development group. Before onsite, there were series of cognitive tests and video interview. Once onsite, I was drilled in Linux optimization concepts that I had no clue on.
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
