I applied for IBM front end developer role online and there is no response so far. Sent me code challenge and finish it and no replies. There are two parts. First you have to finish some IQ challenge. And if you finish, you will prompt to next step for coding

Question 1
There are 11 problems for the OA. Two coding and others are multiple choices. The first one requires you to find the duplicates in array. The second one wants you to make a project to select image from the local memory. REMEBER! YOU CAN ONLY use javascript in this OA if you apply for front-end. There was no other options. If you don't know javascript, then you are screwed.

Typical behavioral questions, 'tell me about yourself', 'greatest weakness', walkthrough your resume. Answer with the STAR format and you should be fine
Meet with a technical enginner after to talk about the technology you are familiar / work with and what you are passionate about. No algo was asked
