Overall I have a good impression. I just submitted my resume via the famous local job board, and within 3 days I received the mail with further steps. I had to take an online test with tricky logic questions with multiple choice. After it I had onsite interview in IBM office with technical specialist (my future mentor), hr, and manager.

It’s very easy, was a quick call, and they asked about behavioral questions and skills. Told me that if they liked my profile they would call me in the next days.
Smooth process with HR phone screen followed by technical interview. Questions focused on previous projects, problem-solving, and role knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and explained each step clearly, process is good overall
