Interview
Seemed like a good postion, brought 6 people in at once, did a group interview which was awkward. Then broke us up into individual meetings where we each met with each manager. After this they hired no one, and was only looking for people with software sales. IBM Recruiter was upset with Managers who never told him that before starting the interviewing process.
Il colloquio è durato circa un’ora e venti minuti e si è articolato in diverse fasi. Inizialmente, il selezionatore ha posto una serie di domande attitudinali volte a valutare le mie competenze trasversali, la capacità di risolvere problemi e l’attitudine al lavoro di squadra. Successivamente, mi sono stati sottoposti alcuni quiz comportamentali, pensati per osservare le mie reazioni di fronte a situazioni pratiche e ipotetiche legate al contesto lavorativo. L’intero incontro ha permesso non solo di approfondire le mie esperienze passate, ma anche di misurare il mio approccio alle sfide e la mia capacità di adattamento in ambienti dinamici.
Started with a virtual interview which was pretty basic and then moved on to an actual interview with a recruiter. That interview was similar in style and mixed basic questions with STAR questions.
