Interview process was very impressive , conducted very smoothly. Released offer letter within weeks. According to my experience, hiring process of IBM is the best among all MNC in India

2. Technical round
3 hr round .
Interview process was smooth and I joined the company .
It was good as per process- 2 round of technical interview and after that manager round for further discission, its just salary discussion in my case i cleared both technical round in well manner
