It was quite organised and easy to follow. It started off with an online aptitude test followed by Versant test. Afterwards shortlisted candidates were asked to come on the next day for PI. In PI, the questions ranged from basic HR questions to your last project accomplished. Overall the PI was to judge how well you handle yourself.
