Interview
Had one face to face interview on-site, very pleasant interview. Interviewer made it more of a one on one conversation than an interview. Interview consisted of running down the resume, technical questions, and me asking some questions about the company. Advice to candidates? Be yourself and don't sell yourself short on any of your accomplishments.
Friendly with nice people and very good energy. Was very focused on knowing what I can bring to the table and why I was the best candidate for the role. Overall was a great experience because I ended up clearing all the 3 rounds and was offered the job.

Phone screen (15–20 min)
Recruiter reviews background, availability, salary range, basic fit.
Technical phone/video interview (30–45 min)
Questions on OS (Linux/Windows), networking, backups, scripting; one practical troubleshooting scenario.
Hands-on technical assessment (60–90 min)
Live lab or take-home task: configure service, fix simulated outage, write a short script.
Onsite / final video interview (60 min)
Deeper systems design, security, incident response, cross-team collaboration; meet manager and peers.
