It consisted of a UX/UI design challenge to create a web application, a group exercise, a portfolio review, and a competency-based interview assessing problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and design thinking skills.

First I submit my CV to their system, them they call to have an assessment with a group of more or less 40 people, the choose an unknown number of people from there and then I had a personal interview with a manager who was reading my CV while we were in the interview.
