IBM Front End Developer interview questions

Did the online assessment IPAT test. Then, they didn't get back and when I inquired then they said that position is already filled. Thus, the experience was bad. I don't know how their management team works which cannot even revert to the candidates properly with their interviews.

Phone screen with basic behavioral and background questions. They then assigned a take home coding challenge which were assumed to be finished in X hours. With all going well there's the onsite interview with more technical assessment and cultural fit oriented questions.
