During the interview process, they took into account my relevant experience while posing questions to me. There were three rounds of interview which included a coding round. Good amount of detail about the position and team was provided.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBM
Interview
Initially quite impersonal/automated. An initial phone screening followed by a series of gamified screenings/tests. These involved some straightforward math questions that got harder as you progressed.
This was followed by a round questions where you need to record you response in a video.
Followed by a code review where I walked through a few jupyter notebooks and explained the code I was seeing/ what it might do etc.
On site interview was quite relaxed and more interpersonal skills focused vs technical knowledge.

I received a 3-hour online assessment invitation the day after submitting the application. Haven't heard back from them for a month and a half, so I guess it means a rejection.
