Interview
It is a very long process and you are contacted by a different person almost every time for scheduling interviews. It was a 2 and a half month process for me which included 1 assessment, 1 automated video interview, 1 HR interview and 1 interview with a data scientist. After investing so much time I only got a generic rejection email. Tried contacting the last recruiter that talked to me and got no reply.
Overall, the interview were not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at IBM in Sep 2021
Interview
Applied in Aug 2021, received an invite to complete the OA in Sept. Was asked to fill out a mandatory Accommodation Form prior to the OA in order to receive the HackerRank link. I disclosed my disability then sent in my documentation within 24hrs. All communication with IBM regarding my interview halted after that. The "IBM Assessment Support" team lost my documentation, then ignored my emails requesting a status on my case. I can only assume that IBM decided not to proceed with my interview due to the fact that I had disclosed a disability.
Absolutely terrible experience, do not trust this company and their "Diversity and Inclusion" marketing BS. Shame that I didn't get to attempt the OA, I was really thrilled about this position.
