I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in Aug 2021
Interview
Did the coding data science assessment Aug 2021, passed it, wasn’t notified I passed. I didn’t receive anything about the role until almost a year later. Waited for 3-5 months before 3 recruiters from IBM told me I pass and if I was interested in another position. I agreed but wasn’t selected . Out of roughly 30+ applications, since passing the coding assessment I haven’t received a single interview.
