I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Hongkong) in Jul 2025
Interview
Pretty Basic at the start and then the manager started asking more precise scenario based questions. Throughout the scenario based questions, the manager would often look puzzled/displeased when you didn't answer to their liking/preferred method. Overall, lacked professionalism and was clearly looking for a candidate to work OT endlessly.

Interview
Very smooth. I had two rounds, both with the manager of the team, with the second one including a few other members of the team. The questions were easy and focused on my experience and CV. They spent a lot of time telling me what the team does and how the unit fits into IBM’s broader strategy.
