This round is divided into 4 subparts i.e Cognitive Ability Games English Language Test Learning Agility Assessment Coding Test When You will clear the Online Test of IBM then you will be able to give this technical round. In the Interview, the main focus will be on your CV. Don’t write anything on your CV which you don’t know. It will reflect a negative impact on the Interviewer. The interviewer will just put Technical questions and questions from your Last year project. This is the most important Round, This is the judgment round whether you got selected in IBM or not. In IBM HR Round, they will judge your strength, weakness, Personality everything. You just have to be Confident in HR Round because Confidence matters a lot in an HR Interview.
