IBM Associate interview questions

3 rounds, 1st is technical, 2nd is manager round, 3rd is HR round, overall it went well. Since I was a fresher interview went very light and easy. may be for experienced ones they might ask more technical questions, so please be prepared before interview.

Psychometric test online which consisted of a series of games to test your analytical ability and decision making capabilities and a face-to-face interview after clearing the psychometric test. it is basically a behavioural interview.
