IBI Group interview questions

Applied via a recruiter - was unable to get time off work, so arranged a late evening slot. Confirmed with recruiter I would show up in work clothes. Arrived at venue and nobody was present - no number to call as agency gone home - after 20 mins someone came out to check. Very rushed experience. Was rejected for "not putting in an effort" - really bad experience all round (from agency, to HR, to panel.)

I was asked the usual questions people ask during interview. People were respectful and nice. I had a phone screening with HR, then met a manager and last I met with the Director. Between the choice of two candidates, they chose the other one.
