4 rounds.
Initial screener with the HR business partner.
Interview with hiring manager
Technical interview with 2 technical consultants
Panel interview on Harvard business review of the company from 2006
First three rounds went very well, spent a huge amount of time preparing for each interview. I spent a few days on preparing for the technical interview and the feedback was very good on my presentation and technical ability.
I would say I put in a week's work for the final panel interview. All the questions were sales questions which is not my background of which they knew this.
One panel member seemed very uninterested throughout and was in the middle of a canteen on her video call.
After all the work put in I got an email to say I did not get the job, not even a call. Looking back I am glad I did not get the offer.
A few red flags during some of the interviews from staff. It all seems a bit happy happy to be honest. Don't just take my experience, have a look at other interviewees on here and people who have gotten positions.
Forced fun is no fun
