HubSpot Software Engineer Internship interview questions

I got OA 10 days after applying, which is a 3-hour real-world problem. Firstly, get some data from the API they provide, there are thousands of data. Then clean the data, and design a method to achieve the goal they require. Finally, post the answer to another endpoint. If the answer is not correct, they don't tell you where is the error, just let you check the logic. I successfully finished OA in time, and HR also sent an email to congratulate me and said the recruitment update would tell me in 2 weeks. However, I got a refusal without a meeting and further information.
