HubSpot People Operations interview questions

Did the initial phone screen and I felt the recruiter didn't ask much about my resume and went straight to a handful behavioral interview questions. Only the first question was why I applied to Hubspot. I am a little disappointed in the process and how impersonal the phone screen felt especially when most of the reviewers here gave high praises.

There was a video interview, one phone interview, and a final virtual video call interview. It was a lengthy candidacy process over about two months, with about a month waiting to hear back after the phone interview.
