I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
I found HubSpot through a general search, and happened to know a couple people working at the company who were able to give me some more information to help me get my foot in the door. The interview consisted of multiple rounds, beginning with a video interview. This was the toughest one for me, in my opinion, as I had never done one before. After that, I was notified I had moved to the second round, where I had a phone call with a recruiter. The recruiter was extremely kind and made the interview feel very much like a conversation. We talked about my college experience, what I was looking for and why I was applying for this position at the company, etc. After that, they invited me to the office for my final interview, which was a whirlwind of a day that consisted of meeting with 5 different employees from different departments. These were all great conversations, and I was able to learn a lot more about the company, the role, and the culture than I had been able to before. Everyone we met with was extremely kind, informative, and enjoyable to talk to. It was the best interviewing experience I had by far.
