Describe a time when you lead your team
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Berlin) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process is nice and my recruiter was very helpful and he/she explained every step of the process and what to expect and gave my documents and links to help me and guide me in the correct direction. The interviews were straightforward and reflect on what to expect in the job. The difficulty of the interview was on point and required just experience that you can gain by doing personal projects.
The interview consisted of three stages:
1) Online assessment. You will know what the assessment is about before hand.
2) Phone interview with the recruiter about you.
3) 2 interviews 1 hour each. Both of them contained 15 min behavioural questions. One interview about algorithms and data structures knowledge (Medium difficulty) and the other is system design question.
I generally recommend taking the interview process as it is one of the best interviews out there and you can learn a lot.
