My interview experience with HubSpot was one of the worst I've ever had. The interview was conducted over the phone, which already makes it challenging to have a smooth conversation. Unfortunately, the interviewer made no effort to create a pleasant atmosphere. She came across as robotic, and it was clear that she was conducting the interview out of obligation rather than genuine interest. It was disappointing to encounter such a lackluster phone screening from a company reputed for its positive culture.
