Hi there, I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your review. Clearly we fell short of your expectations in a number of ways. We take feedback on the engagement of our interviewers very seriously, especially as we transition to fully remote interviews, so I appreciate your feedback and will absolutely take it back to the team. While I understand your critique on our team's failure to proactively share the benefits of working at HubSpot, part of our job is to understand what's important to our candidates and then share aspects of HubSpot that may align with their values or growth goals, so if you don't proactively ask or share up front what's important to you, it may take a bit longer to get deeper on some of the reasons HubSpot is such a great place to work.
