I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2025
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter in Dublin for an Account Executive position. I’ve never seen a recruiter so bitter—she didn’t even smile. She immediately made me feel uncomfortable and stressed me out. I tried to answer her questions clearly, but she kept interrupting me, saying we didn’t have time and to hurry up. I felt frustrated throughout the entire interview and couldn’t concentrate anymore—I was completely thrown off. Honestly, it’s shameful for such a big company like HubSpot.

Interview
Super friendly people. Direct and they genuinely believe in adding strong people to their team. I had 2 rounds after which I was rejected.
It’s definitely a nice company to be at. They also encourage to keep trying.
