Interview
Take-home: 3 hour assignment, fetch from an API endpoint, manipulate the JSON, post to a different API endpoint. If you succeed, you'll get a 200 status code and an automatic e-mail from the recruiter explaining you'll be moving on to next steps.
On-site: 2 system design questions + 1 very very easy data structures/algorithms questions + hiring manager chat.

Each round starts with 10-15 minutes of behavioral questions. Overall straight-forward rounds with one primary moderator and a secondary shadower. Most interviewers are kind and encouraging, but one of my rounds was kind of adversarial.
Recruiter was the best - very transparent and communicative. You can ask for salary bands and benefits information right away.

Single exam no human interaction. The exam was like a college test, something completely unrelated to modern field work. Seemed a bit off base. Definitely didnt seem like a realistic approach to finding real humans to fit for a company.
