FAST! I did a very quick 15 minute interview with recruiter who seemed like she was selling me on the role, not the other way around. Then the next day I did a 30 minute zoom interview for hiring manager. 30 minutes is not enough time to really convey 12 years of experience. The whole process felt incredibly rushed, from scheduling interviews quickly to not enough time for the interviews.

Question 1
Most questions were very average. The one I was not expecting was “What support would you need from HubSpot to be successful in this role”. I was not expecting this question as I still had not been told really anything about the program the role would be supporting.
Sorry to hear that things felt rushed-we definitely have a lot going on here, but that's no excuse for making the experience itself feel rushed, so thanks for calling this out and for the feedback! -Katie
Other Program Manager Interview Reviews for HubSpot
Interview process had four rounds. Spoke to the person who would be my direct manager first, then to a peer who was currently covering the role being hired for, then to two more people, one from the recruitment team and one from a different functional team. They tell you the purpose of speaking to each person and what 'theme' of questions will be asked in the 30-min interviews.

Question 1
What have you enjoyed about the interview process?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in May 2022
Interview
Very hectic, chaotic and last minute. I was disappointed to learn how the different departments were not communicating and a last minute cancellations of a final interview on the last day. The recruiter was unprofessional, short and did not take accountability.
Applied online for multiple roles and they didn't reach out until months later. The recruiter asked to schedule and then didn't even follow-up or provide a way to schedule.
It's clear they are reaching out acting like they're considering candidates simply to collect the EEOC data. What a waste of time. I wish there was a BBB type of board where we could report these things. They will never get future consideration from me or referrals again.

No idea as the recruiter never scheduled the call.
