Interview
The interview process is very well organised & as an applicant I felt completely supported throughout the process. After applying I was contacted within three days to organise a phone interview with the recruiter assigned to me. Virlyn was awesome & it was a very friendly discussion about my application. The next stage was a 30 min phone call with the team leader where they asked several behavioural questions which Virlyn was able to explain beforehand. The third stage was a role-play to demonstrate customer service skills. The final stage was a visit to the Sydney office where there are four x 30 minute one-on-one interviews covering behavioural questions & cultural fit.
Overall, the focus is to assess your suitability for the position based on your cultural fit & ability to demonstrate the qualities required for the role. Everyone I spoke with was absolutely lovely & accommodating and Virlyn was able to provide prompt responses to any questions I had. There was complete transparency throughout the interview process, they are vested in giving you the best chance of success which is very refreshing.

Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
