I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA)
Interview
Tough interview - long process with several days of no communication in between stages, so I was kept wondering if I was moving to the next stage (even though I asked after every interview).
First stage was a video interview, which was somewhat intimidating. Second was a call with the inhouse recruiter. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Next stage was a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Last stage for me was a 2-hour virtual interview with four people. I think, for me, this is where it went downhill. It was exhausting. The only criticism I received is that my answers were too high level, but when I pressed for specifics, there weren't any.
Although I didn't get the job, I would still work them if an offer came out.

Thanks for the feedback--sounds like we could have done a better job on communications and on specifics of feedback in closing the loop. Thanks for flagging for us, we are always looking to learn, grown and improve. Sincerely, Katie
